This section is only visible to coaches
- Every coach brings something unique and we never want to stifle that as the players benefit from different coaches; the more they see, the more they start to create their own opinion and way of doing things.
- There are however benefits from coaching similar drills, using the same terminology and playing a Bayside blueprint
- We need to collaborate as coaches to understand what that blueprint is.
- Good coaching is not based on predefined plans or preaching to a group of 30 players but rather on pulling individual players out for a 30-second chat to work on individual improvements.
