• Shared Infrastructure:
  • Partner with local rugby clubs with better facilities, coaching
  • Partner with schools to use their facilities for after-school rugby programs, reducing barriers to participation
  • Partner with other schools and sporting clubs and share resources, training facilities, and equipment.
• Cross training:
  • learn skills such as Tactical Awareness & Decision-Making, Footwork & Agility, Hand-Eye Coordination
• Parent & Volunteer Engagement:
  • Offer workshops and resources for parents to understand the sport and how to get involved in their children’s rugby development.
  • Focus on getting parents into coaching and management roles within clubs.
• Grants & Sponsorships:
  • Seek partnerships with local businesses, government grants, and national rugby organizations to fund these programs, particularly in areas with fewer resources.
